Welcome to our new beer garden & Ettrick Forest Pizza

This weekend we’re excited to open our new beer garden and launch Ettrick Forest Pizza – authentic Italian style stone-baked pizza – fresh, thin, hot and crispy!

Every Friday and Saturday between 5pm and 7.30pm (weather permitting) we’ll be firing up the pizza oven, kneading and stretching our dough and creating the most delicious freshly made to order pizzas for everyone around.

Whether you fancy a classic Margherita, a spicy Pepperoni Salsiccia or tasty vegetarian options such as Portobello Mushroom with black truffle oil, there will be something to please all the family. And with our pizza toppings changing regularly there will always be a reason to keep trying more!

Takeaways will also be available, just pop down to the pub and enjoy a drink while your order is prepared.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page as each week we’ll post updates on pizza serving times – if the forecast is looking too dreich then pizzas won’t be on the menu unfortunately.

The new beer garden is family and dog friendly, providing a safe space for wee ones and four-legged friends to run around – it will be open when the main pub is open until 9.45pm. As well as pizzas, you’ll be able to choose from a smaller menu of our classic main dishes for eating al fresco.

Now we just need the Scottish summer to play ball and bring us the sunshine!
